Application: Industry, Truck, Passenger car
Volume:

MAUSER AGG 2 a blend of synthetic-native esters and premium mineral oils, is perfected with lithium soap-based thickening agents. This grease is engineered for exceptional stability under mechanical work, resistance to oxidation and water, alongside outstanding protective qualities against corrosion and wear.

Application Note

MAUSER AGG 2 finds its prime application in handling extreme pressure conditions within roller and sliding bearings, such as slew ring bearings, pins, gear rings, axles, screws, and more, especially under harsh cold environments down to -60°C. Its utility extends across a wide range of applications including, but not limited to, the lifetime lubrication of bearings in precision instruments, counters, optical instruments, speedometers, potentiometers, watches, gas meters, automotive door locks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and various industrial machines. It is also ideal for cooling and air conditioning systems as well as medical equipment.

The continuous operation temperature limit for MAUSER AGG 2 is set at 120°C, with a caution against exceeding temporary peaks of 160°C as high temperatures may reduce its lifespan. Regular re-lubrication is advised to extend the durability of materials and to be cost-effective.
