MAUSER ATL Grease is formulated from a blend of the finest mineral oils, synthetic-native esters, and polyalphaolefins, enhanced with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and thickened with lithium soap. The inclusion of MoS2 significantly improves sliding properties and lubrication, crucial for enduring high mechanical stress.
MAUSER ATL Grease is characterized by its shear stability, resistance to oxidation and water, and provides superior corrosion and wear protection. The meticulously selected additives, MoS2, and the specialized ester blend are engineered to minimize wear, even under severe continuous stress, substantially extending operational life.
MAUSER ATL Grease is applied in bearings facing extreme pressures and in high-speed applications, effectively performing even at very low temperatures. It is recommended for lubricating bearings in units and machinery, especially within cold storage environments. It excels in lubricating valve stems in pipelines carrying mineral oil under Arctic conditions.
Suitable for a wide range of applications, including motor vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and all types of industrial machines, it is particularly effective for devices operating across a spectrum of temperatures.
The continuous service temperature of MAUSER ATL Grease should not exceed 120°C, with peak temperatures up to 160°C manageable without compromising its longevity. Routine re-lubrication contributes to the preservation of materials and results in cost savings.
